Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price.

How to start a refund

Email contact@krakensupps.com with your order number and tell us you would like a refund. We will reply with what to do next.

When you get your money

Once your refund is approved it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at contact@krakensupps.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it. If it has already shipped, use the 30-day guarantee above.
