Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier scans the parcel.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved, or your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, email contact@krakensupps.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
